Our team conducts detailed on‑site measurement and documentation, including spatial dimensions, wall structures, windows & doors, ceiling height, MEP points, natural lighting, circulation paths and existing site conditions. For commercial projects, property rules, fire safety constraints, construction hours and site management requirements are also confirmed.

Based on site conditions and project brief, we develop space planning, floor layouts, style positioning, colour palettes and functional refinements. Depending on project scope, deliverables may include concept sketches, renderings, elevations, construction details, lighting proposals and custom millwork design.

Once design and material directions are approved, we prepare a detailed quotation based on construction scope, material specifications, custom‑built items, labour costs and site constraints. Costs are separated into base works, custom millwork, furniture & soft furnishings and optional add‑ons for full transparency. Once the scope, price and terms are agreed, the project contract is prepared for approval before construction begins.

Moving into implementation, works proceed following the agreed design, material specifications and project timeline. Project management covers site coordination, trade sequencing, material deliveries, quality inspections, issue logging and stage sign‑offs. Any changes affecting budget or timeline are communicated promptly.

Upon completion of base construction, custom millwork, loose furniture, lighting fixtures, sanitary ware, appliances and equipment are installed. Our team verifies dimensions, joints, hardware operation, levelling and finishing details, then arranges curtains, rugs, artwork, decorative lighting, greenery and accessories in keeping with the overall design. This combined stage ensures that the completed space is both functional and fully realised.

At project completion we perform a full final inspection, compile a punch‑list for remedial works and arrange site clearance. Material records, appliance manuals and maintenance guidance are handed over to the client. Follow‑up service procedures are explained for projects requiring ongoing support.
